essential knife
Would RecommendI have always been a fan of Henckels knives. I love the size of this knife. Not to big and not too small for all of my prep work. A forged German steel blade at an affordable price. The traditional design fits in with all of my other knives as I upgrade my collection piece by piece.

Good price
Would RecommendWanted a good paring knife on a limited budget. The Classic is made by Henckels which is one of the oldest German knife company's. The steel is from Germany but the knives are actually made in Spain to take advantage of the lower manufacturing costs. This no means affects the actual performance of this knife! Great for small jobs. Hulls strawberries, peels veggies and fruit effortlessly. A true extension of the hand which is exactly what I was looking for in a paring knife. Has become my ...

Terrific Little Paring Knife
Would RecommendGood balance. Comfortable in the hand. Excellent quality of steel holds the edge extremely well. I really like my Henckels Classic knives. I've had mine for 20 years. These are forged knives made of quality steel. They have a triple riveted handle, a comfortable integrated bolster. Even if they aren't made in Germany, the steel is, and their quality is unquestionable.

Great paring knife
Would RecommendThis little parer is great to have. I don’t use this type of blade much, so I didn’t need a blade that was pricey. You can feel that this is a really durable German stainless steel blade, and it really does a nice job peeling any fruits or potatoes.
