Nice but...
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All food sticks to one side of the large knife. I tried a little oil on it and still everything sticks. It’s strange because this only is on one side and one knife. Really annoying because it slowed me down and can be dangerous to clean it off all the time. The other knives work very well.

Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love the feel and the weight and the blade! The blade is sturdy and uniformly thin (not in a flimsy thin way). I bought these from Christopher Kimball’s Milk Street. I have owned Henckels for years and love them; however, these are a level above. I love the thinner blade. I’m sure I’m describing this all wrong, but I just am thrilled with them. I want the whole set now, and I want to give these to my friends and family.
