Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The chef knife is so light but so sharp. I was able to slice onions so thin they were practically transparent. I may just give away all my other knives. This is all I need. I am really looking forward to using the others two knives in the 3 pc collectors set.

I was looking to purchase new knives and felt I couldn't go wrong with a Christopher Kimball/Henckels collaboration. With the large knife I was able to shave fat off of chicken thighs and slice them cleanly. I cut an onion and it dripped from such a clean cut! The small knife is great with tomatoes! They have a great feeling and weight to them that is perfect for chopping up ingredients for dinner. I appreciate that there is a serrated knife in the set which I have been using for tomatoes and similar vegetables.
