Just the right size!
Would RecommendNeeded a paring knife to teach my daughter how to peel. Fits great in smaller hands, and is just sharp enough to easily get through potato and apple skins. Dish washer safe also.

Nice Handle
Would RecommendI can't believe how wonderful this feels in my hand. It is the perfect size for small jobs, as well as peeling and paring fruits and vegetables. Lightweight, which helps with hand fatigue when peeling 10 lbs of potatoes, and very durable. I love that I don't have to worry about my kids ruining in by throwing it in the dishwasher, because it is safe to dishwash. Really got alot more than what I expected.

Solution knives are a great value priced line of knives that are perfect for a starter kitchen. Stamped from a single sheet of high quality stainless steel they are light weight and corrosion resistant. A full tang of steel running through the handle makes them stable and sturdy. I like the way the handle is high on the bolster because it provides a comfortable area for my pinch grip. The blade feels nice and sharp.
