Excellent little pairing knife

It is so nice to have a clean cut particularly when making vegetables into decorations for dishes served to my family and guests. I knew the brand name so decided to give it a try and was amazed by the quality. It fits my hand perfectly to do the cutting and pairing tasks for which I need it, it is finely engineered and finished (very solid), and is sharp ~ slides through tomato and apple skins to offer a perfect vertical cut with no need for pressure from my hand....
