Ratings & Reviews for Harbor Breeze 48-ft Solar Black Indoor String Light with 20 LED Edison Bulbs

Broken

I returned it - the charging port was broken when I opened it.

Could be better

The lights themselves are nice, but the panel/battery control part was poorly made.

Best lights

Best lights we ever bought for our porch. We have 4 strands.

Mode button not working

Installed lights. Turned them on and the mode button is not working and the lights are just constantly blinking without me being able to change the setting.

Easy way to add ambient light outdoors.

These solar string lights are a great way to add warm, ambient lighting to your outdoor space without worrying about plugs or extension cords. The 48-foot length provides generous coverage, and the 20 bulbs give off a soft, inviting glow that’s perfect for any outdoor space. The solar panel charges efficiently during the day, and the lights stay bright for several hours after dusk, even when not in direct sunlight. The build quality feels solid, with durable wiring and weather-resistant bulbs t...

Takes longer to untangle cord than use.

Wanted a soft light option in our outside area under the gazebo. It was an easy install. The most complex part was trying to untangle the cord with the lights before using. I tried charging the power bank with solar light first and then just plugged it in and it worked fine. That feeling recommend trying this for your outside lighting options. The different modes that are offered are not user friendly. I don't want flashing lights, a dimmer option or a brighter option would be better. The cover ...

Nice solar lights, as described

The lights work great! Came with a good solar panel featuring on/off and mode options. Installation was easy, and it even included two extra bulbs. They can be easily hung on hooks.

Nice lights

Looks great and easy to install. Only been installed for a few weeks, but wondering how long the solar power battery will last. Time will tell but I am hopefully.

Quality, but not bright.

This strand of lights seems to be robust and able to withstand the elements. It may be a good choice depending on the area to be lighted. However there are some points to consider. The lights are not bright. Personally, I would like them to be brighter, but my wife appreciates the lower light, which isn't intrusive or distracting. We started with one strand and are considering whether to purchase another to better fit our area or switching to a setup that uses AC power, so it's easily controlled...

Amazing solar lights

Absolutely love these solar lights. They have multiple brightness settings and can also twinkle. They kick on once the sun goes down and create a warm cozy atmosphere in our porch. Would buy again.

Nice background lighting

I waited a long time for these to arrive which was kind of a bummer. When they did I was right in the middle of painting so I couldn't hang them properly to take pics. Will update when they are up permanently. Love em though!

Weird lighting modes

So they give you two extra bulbs which is nice. The cable is 8ft from the last bulb to the solar panel so it is not that long, so you better have a sunny spot near by. It would have been nice if included an adapter so that you can plug them in as well. Now the weird part. I was expending the lighting modes to be different brightness's but they are NOT. They are full brightness and then two versions of flashing! Who are these flashing options for? Makes no sense.

Good well built product

This set was used to replace a cheaper set that was damaged in a storm. They appear to be heavier gauge wire that should last a long time compared to cheaper brands

Light up your Backyard Space

I used these lights to light up a part of a walkway that had no lighting at all. Put them on 8 FT garden stakes and it provides the much-needed light that I was aiming for. I even went out and bought another strand. These lights are economical, durable and reliable.

Beautiful and Reliable Outdoor Lighting!

These solar string lights completely transformed my backyard! The light quality is warm and inviting — perfect for evenings on the patio or entertaining friends. The solar panel charges efficiently, even on cloudy days, and the lights stay bright well into the night. I love that they’re commercial grade — durable, weather-resistant, and built to last. Installation was simple, and the 48-foot length gave me plenty of flexibility to hang them exactly how I wanted. The bulbs feel sturdy (not cheap...

They don’t work and they want a credit card to charge you for telling you how to fix them! Unbelievable! Do not buy this awful product!

Great solar powered string lights

These lights are great. They give iff just enough light and are on the warmer side so it doesn’t attract to many bugs and it’s too bright. Would be perfect around a fenced in hot tub. I used mine along the back corner of my fence line that doesn’t get much light and they work perfect for the little extra added light I needed. Bonus is they are solar powered but also have a rechargeable battery you can plug in.

Bright lights, plastic bulbs, easy to hang

Hung these under our pavillion, where we have lights but they're never turned on when we need them - solar is great since they're always on at night with no switch required. Each bulb socket has a screw hole, I used the holes to attach a chain to drop down from the ceiling to keep them level. The bulbs are shatterproof plastic, so no worry about them breaking, and when fully charged they are very bright. On cloudy days they will not reach full brightness, though that's likely where I have the...
