These outdoor string lights are perfect for our new sheltered bbq area. Unfortunately, after we put them up we found that one of the connections was bad. So as much as I love them, one light bulb doesn't work.

Absolutely amazed at the poor quality. Looks “commercial” but far from it. Extremely cheap ballasts and bulbs… the manufacturing process must not have any quality control to it. Spent over an hour trying different bulb and ballast combos trying to rule out problems, like a known good bulb in suspected bad ballast and vice versa…horribly frustrating and time consuming. Ultimately, 1/3 of the bulbs or ballasts tested we defective. Harbor Breeze products are notoriously bad quality. I think...

These will without a doubt fail on you…we have gone through five strands and five headaches of returning these poorly built light…we gave up giving these lights a try…we will avoid this brand and manufacturer at all costs in the future…I hope Lowe’s drops this supplier…lights go out , fuses pop,strands won’t link without popping…save yourself major frustration and piece of mind..STAY AWAY FROM BUYING these completely garbage lights…you been warned

Fill with water

Do not use these unless they are out of the weather. I've installed 5 of these 50' strings on the fence along our driveway and on stairs down to a creek. After a less than a year, about 1/2 of the bulbs in each string have filled with water and are out. I've made sure over and over that the bulbs are tight as can be. On top of it HB's price for 2 replacement bulbs is $10! For the 2 strings on my driveway I had to buy another $50 set just to get 20 bulbs for replacements. I had 20 bulbs out o...

The Right Light

Was looking for replacement lights for the ones that Hurricane Helene destroyed. Wasn't exactly what I was looking for after I put them up I decided that I really like them. Edison bulbs are bright but overly bright. Seem sturdy...hopefully they won't have to weather a hurricane. Happy with my purchase

Terrible

Connected two sets together & after just 6 weeks the controller failed. Returned and replaced, then an entire set would not light . Don't waste your money unless you want to get aggravated.
