Lights keep failing

Compact lights-easy install-brighter than expected

I bought these to add to the deck steps down into the garden which is already setup and lit with a low voltage system. It was easy to use the screw connectors to add to the existing wire feed. Despite being larger and possibly more difficult to bury in the ground, the provided connector is so much easier to use and attach than the two part connectors common in other low voltage systems that require pliers and can't be reset if not properly engaged. Great path lights for driveway and around pool

I bought 36 of these lights to put in-between my brick wall and cap. I really really like the outcome. I spaced them very 5' and the outcome exceeded my expectations. The install was easy once I realized I had to make sure the wires were all lined up when connecting power. I bought a nice 200w Kichler stainless steel transformer from Lowe's as well and so far it's fantastic.

Bright and compact.

Lots of light for such a small unit. The light emitted from sides is equally bright. I would suggest indirect illumination below eye level or behind/below an edge or valence to hide the lamp body and LEDs. Installed 12 units on patio stairs and porch stairs; all 12 on the same 14AWG cable. 2 watts each x 12 units = 24 watts (very small load for most power supplies). I would like to find a way to dim the lamps. I could not find wood screws narrow enough to fit through the pre-threaded aluminum ...

Great product and easy to install. BRIGHT!

I wish I had read a few more reviews pertaining to brightness because these little puppies really put out some light! I upgraded from cheap solar step lighting that never meets the need and always fail. Take your time and do it right the first time. Easily installed with a portfolio 12v 60W transformer and they look really great. I could have easily skipped every other step but I'm not taking them down at this point....even if my wife describes it as our airport landing strip. Great product.

Excellent lights, beautiful look

Couldn't be happier with the look and performance of these lights.

Under-railing lights

Nice and bright and small so it hides well under the railing. Had to replace the screws with light bit larger ones. They where to hard to try to get into PT wood. Like that it came with a long cord so the connection could be hidden in the mulch. I used them on a wheelchair ramp that goes both ways from the deck.

Great product

Easy to install. We needed to light the front steps and these were a great option. They put off a lot of light, but not too much for the space.

Nice option for the cost

Recently completed a deck project with these step lights. They are very bright for the 2 watts they burn, almost too bright but certainly effective and for $17 competes well against some other well known more expensive brands.

Bright Like a start

Don’t be fooled by the size of the led it is bright and white. I installed it under the cap of my column on my fire pit and it is really nice added feature

Really Bright

I had initially planned on using one of these lights for each stair of my staircase. After installing one and seeing how bright it was, I changed my plan and put them on the underside of the railing instead. I only had to use 4 lights for my staircase. Realistically I could have gotten away with 2 but I thought it looked better having 4. These little lights are super bright and cast light as far as advertised. A wonderful addition to the staircase leading up to our front door.

Great for deck and stairs

I bought two of these to illuminate the steps off my low deck, one on each side of the deck. I already have surface mounted deck lighting on the posts around the deck. These work great and are very bright. They seem to be well made also. I drilled a hole into the rear board on my steps to hide the wire which makes for a nice clean look. Recommended.

This is a great product that I was able to use to transform the steps that I have on my deck. The only down side is the ability to conceal the wire and creatively hide it so that it is not seen.

Looks Great

Low profile for under railing site. Plenty of wire to adapt to your preferred location. While it puts out plenty of light it is not blinding and looks good as accent lighting. Bought another whole set as these manufacturers tend to change configuration way too often.

LED Light

Although these lights are typically used for steps, we use them to add lights on our custom mailbox. Highly satisfied with the range of light, As well as the functionality combined with the transformer. Easy to install! The light’s design has a low profile which was ideal for our project.

Perfect brightness!

This step light gives off the perfect brightness to light up our walkway at night without being obnoxiously bright.

This step light works great on my walkway. I placed them every 10 feet and they are very bright. Easy to install and hook up to low voltage wiring. I think these lights are wonderful and look nice too.

Very romantic light up the back patio nicely without attracting a lot of mosquitoes like brighter lights do. Bought extra in case they aren’t available if I need to replace later or if I decide to add more
