Perfect Solution

I love these lights! Good price. Good light. They worked for my entire project for walkways and down lights. After playing around with the placement, I as able to eliminate all the strange shadows created by other styles. I have them on a low rail along the fence line. I attached them to the underside of our deck to light up a walkway that leads to our dog kennel. Perfect solution since my siberian huskies tend to chew on the lights that are on stakes in the ground. These are out of their reach ...

Almost perfect for what I needed

I wanted lights along my patio wall. These fit right under the top row of cap blocks. I thought they were a little to bright as they are so I made small shades out of thin flashing material to cover the light and direct the light downwards. I have 15 spaced about 12ft apart. Had them 2 years and they are still all working. I would have preferred a little softer light but couldn't find anything else like these.

Best light for steps / under capstones

If you need to illuminate steps or any area where you lay the light down and put a capstone piece on top, you will not find a better light option (price and quality). In the photo with the sunken basketball court we have the lights about 8 feet apart and that's probably the spacing I would recommend. In the photo with the front of our home, we have these LED lights installed on the three bottom stairs and the retaining wall. Bright

These LED lights are bright and white. Have 20 steps leading down to my boat dock and put one per step. Walking up the steps the light are blinding. Two recommendation, first the lights are too bright and second they need a reflector to keep you from looking directly at the bulbs. At least make it a option to purchase with the lighting.

Deck lights

Very bright light much better than the 7watt low voltage that burned out every time you turned around plus the mounting of these were much cleaner looking

installed these under a retaining wall cap for a customer looks amazing and the customer is happy easy to install

LED Strip

Mounted under concrete benches. Very impressed with installation as well as the quality of the light dissipation. Slim design creates multiple design and installation options. Great value for the money!

Way more light than necessary for a step

Make no mistake, these lights are BRIGHT. For ambient lighting they are far, far too bright. If you had a 12x 12 deck, for an example, one of these lights mounted at 6 foot high would pretty much light up the deck. For a low cost security light, these are great. If you have dark corners of the yard you want light on, here's your light. FWIW, they appear to be like a fluorescent bulb in that the light is strongest from the side of the bulb, not so much from the ends. I have one mounted on a bird ...

Great LED lighting option

These lights were very easy to install and look great. I shopped around for a few weeks before I picked this product. I figured they were so cheap it couldnt hurt to atleast try them. I was suprised that they are of good quality and put out a good amount of light. Like some other reviews I wish the light it gave off was not as white but overall I can live with it. Hopefully these lights hold up over time.

Good Product initially

I purchased to mount into a stone veneer wall to accent the wall. Looked very good at night, lit up wall very well. LED is really white light, would have preferred a more warm light but it serves the purpose well. Hope it last a long time!

Very nice deck light

I needed lights that were bright and easy to install that would easily incorporate into my existing low voltage system. These fit the bill perfectly. I have a deck that has several ways to enter and exit and it needed step lights to illuminate them and these worked great. Low profile LED strip in milled aluminum covered by a durable plastic cover. Love them.

Great Product but . . . . .

Well built and easy to install. Online description indicated 1.5 watts per light but the box indicated that the light was 3.5 watts. The box was correct. 3.5 watts of LED lights equates to a normal 20 watt spot light. I bought four, one for each step but wound up using only one and returning the other three. Recommended placement on instructions only illuminated one step. I had to place it to the side on a rail so I would not blind people walking up the steps. I suggest that they drop the light ...

Portfolio Step Light

Fairly easy to install. The lights will effectively light up a very dark outdoor staircase leading to a lower level patio. I didn't need a light for every step. That said, be sure to have one on the very top step and very bottom step so people will not trip, thinking there are no more steps. The lights give a "white light" instead of a warmer "yellow light" which would have been preferred.

Worked out great

Used for dock lighting. Provided sufficient light for my purpose. Price was right.
