User friendly success

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have one patch of our lawn that absolutely will not grow grass. We have tried spreading grass seed. We have tried transplanting already successfully grown grass sod (not back friendly believe you, me and). Nothing has been successful. So when given the opportunity to try this GrowTrax roll in exchange for my opinion, I figured we had nothing to lose... These rolls have grass seed, fertilizer, and mulch all in one easy to lay roll. You guys...

Effective grass seed roll

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this roll of GrowTrax PRO grass seed roll 4-5 weeks ago. I put it in a corner of my yard that gets about half a day of direct sunlight. The grass grew really well. There were some weeds from the wind or birds. I used other grass seed next to the GrowTrax and the GrowTrax grew a lot better.

Effective Grass Growth

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this GrowTrax PRO-Lawn Grass Seed Roll 4-5 few weeks ago. It was easy to roll out and cut to fit the corner I put it in. The corner gets maybe half a day of sunlight. It was quite effective. As you can see we had good grass growth. Also some weeds unfortunately but that’s probably from the wind and birds. Some grass growing but taking longer than expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The idea is pretty innovative but the actual mat takes forever to break down. I put it down about 2 weeks ago and it has barely faded. It's a little bit of an eye sore. But I am starting to get some grass so hopefully it will be worth it.

Not much grass seed

We planted three weeks ago. The grass is up about two inches. The grass is very thin. I thought it would be fuller. We followed your guide lines on watering put the edges kept blowing up in winds of less than ten miles per hour. We had to keep watering it to keep the edges down. When the paper is wet it is like tissue paper no strength.

Easy!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was perfect for the spots our blow up pool killed during the summer months. It’s super easy to unroll, cut, water and just leave in place. I want to try the wildflower one!

We're a sproutin'...

On day seven, we saw the first tiny shoots pop up. Day nine has inch high shoots all over the yard.

It was so easy to lay down to place exactly where we wanted it and the quality is great. I’m so excited to see our lawn as it continues to grow! I still can’t believe how easy it was and don’t know what I didn’t use this sooner! Will absolutely be buying more for our backyard!

It's growing

Looks pretty good. Hate to see my water bill though. Does the green top paper eventually disentagrate??

Pretty darn good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's decent, but I don't think I'd buy it again. I think it planted a decent amt of seeds but they didn't stick super well. Super easy setup so that's good, Ill have to reevaluate if I plant them early next year!

Two weeks grass is thin, patchy and slow growing,

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used product around new pool so I wouldn’t have straw in my pool. Germination in ten days but has yet to come fully alive, dropped seeds planted a week after product is already thicker and twice as high. Holding out for a big change fingers crossed. Only hassle was wind even when wetted, had to use light coatings of compost to help it hold.

DO NOT BUY

I haven't seen a product this terrible since I stopped shopping at Harbor Freight. They say "don't apply on a windy day" They fail to specify what "windy" means. Apparently anything greater than 1 MPH will cause this product to shred and get strewn all over your yard so the seed does not go where you need it. Absolute waste of money and time.

It was very easy to use

The instructions could’ve been a little better in. How are you use it it was a roll of grass seed and all you had to do is just water it. I had an edge of my deck that needed to be seated so I put black dirt down and rolled out the grass seed as much as I needed in that area, which took up probably half the roll and then I just but I just water...
