Would Not Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Put down about 2/3rds of the 2,000 square feet of product exactly 2 weeks ago and have watered 3 times a day since and have very little grass sprouts showing. Not impressed at all so far!

Great product, just not my luck.
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I prepared the ground and laid down growtrax just like I have done before in other areas of my lawn but we had a really bad storm 3 days later and it washed it all away. Unfurtunately i lost that roll of grass. But from my other areas in the yard i can confirm this product is great if mother nature doesnt take it all away lol

Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very happy how the sports were up in one week, looking great. Mine is a patchwork quilt where i used weed killer that killed the grass also. I bit more work to cut and patch, but well worth the effort. !

Not worth it. Does not work.
Would Not Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have followed the instructions meticulously. Laid out correctly, watering correctly at the right times of day. Some sprouts have grown but the material itself does NOT dissolve. The material just stays clumped up and you have to pick it off piece by piece to uncover the sprouts so they dont end up being covered and die themselves. Not worth it or the time and effort.

Rollout to Results
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to use and setup. Followed instructions and watered (on a timer) 15min 4x a day @ 6hr intervals. In week 3 started seeing sprouts. Now in week 5 will hopefully be ready to mow in another 3-4 weeks.

Don’t buy it
Would Not Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a 2 months ago didn’t get it for 2 1/2 weeks rolled it out and water it like the video instructed started watering it 3 times a day. Gave it 4 weeks after I planted it came in patchy some of the mate is still in the yard. Sent a picture to growtrax and the just sent back sorry but it’s only a 30 day guarantee from the time of purchase not from went you buy it

Easy to install
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Putting down the Growtrax was easy, and went well. Unfortunately, we had a heavy rain (not predicted) soon after installing and the majority of the product washed away. I’m going to see if I can salvage any of it tomorrow. I wasn’t sure how to rate the product, since it was an act of nature that messed it up, and leaves me with no real way to assess it…

bad, all weeds

Works Best on Bare Soil; Scalp Means Strip
Would RecommendGreat results! I rolled out 600 square feet over a combination bare soil and short-cut dry grass. Here's what I learned. Proper watering is imperative; I followed watering recommendations to a tee and got great results (adjust watering according to your environment needs -- Google it). On bare soil, everything works as expected. Not a fit for my yard
Would Not Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product did not work for my yard. I followed all of the instructions and the Growtrax would not stay on my lawn even after adding topsoil and watering three times a day. It kept blowing all over my lawn or folding on top of itself. It hasn't been that windy either. I am giving up so I stop wasting money on watering it three times a day.
