The red color in the pic is not even close to what

The add for the "red" NuScape Mulch shows a somewhat bright red color of the mulch which is what we wanted. Even though the shipping label clearly said the product was red, that actual color is very close to a dark brown. It is nowhere close to the red color in the Lowes picture of it.

Great alternative to wood mulch

Used to bring in new mulch almost every year, as wooden stuff rotted and was blown and washed away. As it decayed I used to get tons of mushrooms too. This rubber mulch has been great. A fantastic use for recycled rubber like old tires. I had this stuff at my last home and am now slowly replacing the wooden mulch as our new place as the old stuff disappears. Does not stink. Is heavier that bark so is harder to blow or wash away, doesn't decay, and maintains it's color for well over a decade. Kee...

A superior product compared to regular mulch.

So much better than wood-chip mulch! The black nuggets look like Hawaiian lava rock. It costs more than regular mulch, but will keep its color and last many years longer. Definitely the way to go.

Delivery was great. The mulch seems fine. Taking off one star as an advisement . I should have ordered the full pallet. Now I have to pay full price for another half to finish the job. Could be my faulty calculations, but allow for more, not less.

the main description makes you think it's mulch

It turned out to be nuggets and not mulch. the small video lets you know but if you don't watch close for it, you don't know its nuggets. Very upset. I don't like nuggets, but will keep since it was delivered. Won't do online again. I could have bought nuggets in store, but not mulch. I love brown mulch, not nuggets except for playground. This was for my landscaping.

Mulch only 99.9% free of metal

Product is not without metal pieces still in the rubber. We found this out the hard way after application and walking bare foot on it. Son got a piece lodged in his foot. The products company support was no help on the matter and offered no solutions.

Cloth Hanging Off Nuggets

The description says it recycled rubber. There are cloth strips hanging all off the nuggets and is not the same quality of the NuScape nuggets you get at the store. When people complain about the shreds hanging off, company's response is that it's recycled tires and we should expect to see this. Maybe they should put that in their description. Would definitely get the ones at the store, as those don't have the cloth pieces hanging off. My hands were stained brown and had to be scrubbed seve...

Fabric Shreds Throughout - Buy it at the Store

Loved that it could be delivered. The quality is not as nice as the NuScape Nuggets that are bagged at the store. It says it's the same product, and the picture on this shows it's the same, but it's not. It has shredded fabric looking stuff hanging off the nuggets. Not very attractive. Will definitely buy from the store in future.

It looks great when you place it down. I thought it would stay in place. I keep finding pieces of it spread all over my lawn. I mean a lot of pieces.
