Green Rubber Mulch

I purchased online, was hoping that when it arrived it would look the same in person. It does! nice dark green rubber mulch. I put down a layer of regular black mulch. In doing that it caused me to have to use less of the green and have full coverage. It looks awesome!! and I have 10 bags left to continue. There were a few blue ones but they were easily picked out.

It’s good for the safety on the playground

Love the color of mulch help. Keep my kids safe from the fall.

Dark green rubber mulch

I got 1000 pounds of dark green mulch as it was much less expensive than brown or black and it was to go under an aged large evergreen tree in the backyard . I am somewhat allergic to regular mulch and I’ve used a bit of brown rubber previously out back. My order did arrive 2 weeks late however and I wanted to be home so the pallet didn’t block my car in or out of garage. Fortunately I was home and had him bring it up the driveway on one side.

Steel belts

The rubber mulch had pieces of steel belts in it from the tires my granddaughter and daughter-in-law, Both got cut on their feet.

Terrible delivery

The mulch itself is pretty good but shipping was a nightmare. Lowe’s hired a private company to deliver it and it was delivered two weeks after the expected delivery date. I wasn’t aware that I had to schedule a delivery with this company and after about 6 phone calls I was able to find out that this delivery company hired yet another company to deliver the product. Great product. Interesting pricing

Interesting that Loews sells the exact same product by the bag for around $7.50 per bag (.08 CuFt) the pallet bags are 1.5 CuFt). So buying a pallet of them cost about $750 (50 bags) ($15 per bag. )It is actually cheaper to buy the smaller bags. So instead of 50 bags you would need 100 and get more product. I purchased 250 bag pallets and one 25 bag pallet and the price was close to $1900. Buying 250 of the smaller bags would cost about $100 to $150 Cheaper. While the pallets offer free shipping...

Easy to spread

The product is amazing.

Get it all at one time so you get the same color.

We weren't sure how much we would need and only ordered 70 cubic feet. Had to order another 35 cubic feet to finish the job. Wasn't exactly the same color we got before, but we were able to "mix" them together and it looks fine.

They say it lasts 12 years

Made my yard look beautiful, I hope it really will last 12 years
