Would Recommendused these nail to increase the width of a soffit board by attaching a piece of 3/4 milled molding. A little wood glue nails and a perfect job without having to replace the soffit

None of the finishing nails available for my nail gun were for exterior, treated wood or cedar, so had to use hammer and countersink with these nails to make faux posts for front porch. Worked well and should not rust or stain wood. A little soft and bend easily.
