Gets the job done

Great investment for your backyard

Don’t let the ease fool ya

Great weed trimmer. I am a weak 70 year old woman and have no problem getting the job done….. just saying.

Okay for price, but auto-line feed fails

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is so very frustrating that the auto-feed spool does not work. Every minute or so I have to take the spool apart and feed out more line by hand. This is my second machine (acquired because the first was stolen but I still had the battery and charger pack and also the mower, which is great) and it is the same problem with the auto-feed.

Big disappointment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this trimmer for a bout a year now. From the first use the string has never advanced properly. The string also snaps off very easily so have to remove the cover and manually advance it. This is the original string that came with it. It's not that I bought a cheaper type. This has been a waste of money.

Terrible trimmer

Had this model for 2 years now. Tried to use it as a backup in case my other trimmer broke down. Well, my other trimmer broke and I had to put it to use. It’s worthless. It’s a double line feed, which means double trouble. It doesn’t feed right, doesn’t keep the line tight. It’s a nightmare to try to change the line, just to have it not work again. I’d return it, but I’m sure it’s out of warranty. I’ve had my share of trimmers and this one is the worst. Don’t buy this one.I have the greenworks e...

Line does not advance/feed

Bought this last summer. Tried using it 3 times. The line will not advance. Very disappointed.

Light weight,small,gets the job done!

Purchased this one to replace the 60v 13" cordless 2.0ah we bought last Spring.A little heavy but worked flawlessly until this April for the first trim, somehow the feed for the spool got messed up. Good unit, could be better.

Unit its light and easy to handle. Edger function works of, would be better if it had a wheel to support the unit while edging. Documentation is fair, both in assembly and not easy to determine what to order for spare spools. Shouldn't have to call to find out what to get.

Nice trimmer!

Light weight so it doesn't tire you out, but really has the power to snip off very large branches.

Trimmer & Edger

It works great for trimming vines and light edging. If you will use in lieu of a metal blade edger (I use both but don't have a massive yard), you may want to consider a larger model that allows line to extend further.

Terrible Line Feeder

The bump feed gets stuck routinely and the strength of the tool is fairly weak. I gave it one season to win me over, but it never did. I will be purchasing a new trimmer next year.

12 40v. Torqdrive trimmer

You need to get this light weight trimmer. This tool hasto be one of my favorite . Helps me like aprofessional lawn care service. I just love it.

Excellent trimmer, "meh" edger

It's quiet, has good battery life, and cuts very well. My only complaint is that it's somewhat difficult to keep the spinning mechanism off the ground 100% of the time so it scrapes against the ground. There is no guard and the material is just plastic so mine quickly wore through the plastic leaving the spinning mechanism partially exposed. Also, it's basically just a weed wacker, and while it's a very nice weed wacker, the edging function is not really that functionally. The metal bar to help ...

Trimmer

Works great, very fast rotation, light and effective. I use a larger battery that came with the chainsaw.
