Great trimmer/edger for small jobs

Great little trimmer and edger for a small yard. Adjustable head makes it easy to meet a variety of trimming needs.

Quick and Easy

My previous edger was an old fashioned manual type that wore you out. My old trimmer's battery had to be recharged 2-3 times in order to complete the job. This battery not only is strong enough to complete the entire job, but it appears to have as much power at the end of the job as it did when I started. This tool allows me to rotate the trimmer for perfect edging along my driveway and sidewalk which makes life easier. Having one tool that does both jobs saves space in my garage too.

Tangled mess right out of the box.

As much as I like the mower from this company, this string trimmer is poorly designed and did not work right out of the box. All string trimmers struggle to feed new line out as it wears, and this one uses the typical 'bump' mechanism where touching the trimmer to the ground (in theory) allows a new length of wire to spool out. All trimmers seem to be susceptible to tangles as they get dirtier/older. The unit I received was pre-tangled right out of the box. I could not pull line off the spoo...

More convenient than a gas trimmer

Purchased this along with an 10" Greenworks string trimmer to take care of a one acre colonial era cemetery in Connecticut. Works well around all the gravestones and shrubbery. Already have replaced the string spool due to my heavy usage of the trimmer. Also bought a 3 pack of Greenworks replacement spools since I knew I was going to be doing a lot of trimming this year. Cordless string trimmer

Replacing my old greenworks corded trimmer with battery model. Only complaint with the old was cord hassles. Battery model makes yard work peachy.

Love my 10" String Trimmer w/ 2.0 AH USB Battery

Excellent trimmer for my needs. Lightweight and easy to use. Love that it's battery operated. No messing with gasoline. Battery operated tools are much quieter and emit no fumes like gas. No storing flammable gasoline in sheds or garages. Love it.

Easy yardwork

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Greenworks 24V Cordless 13" TORQDRIVE String Trimmer with 4.0 AH battery is the latest edition to our yard work tools. The manual to assemble was easy to follow so it only took about 5 minutes. Once started, I was pleasantly surprised at the strength to cut thru heavy weeds. The telescoping shift was new to me but a brilliant design that allows for different members in the household to use with easy adjustment.

Good trimmer

Very good lightweight trimmer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This trimmer needed a little assembly but it was clear how to do that. I was able to trim my front and back yard with this on 1 charge. It has a great indicator on the battery to help you. Operates just like any other trimmer. I like being able to set the length of the trimmer for the right height. It makes is very comfortable to use. This is another good device going to battery power.

24V 12 " Trimmer/Edger

This edger is great! The wheel makes it possible to produce a straight vertical trimmed edge, making everything easy and neat! Less noise is a real treat as well! I'm very happy with the length of time the battery holds a charge, enabling me to finish all the trimming on a 1/2 acre lot!
