Would RecommendWe have about 4500 square feet of 10-year-old stamped concrete including driveway, walkways & patio. We had sealed it once before with another product a few years ago. Would RecommendI seal my stamped concrete patio every year (if not more often to keep that real shiny wet look full time). I have tried water-based products in the past and they are useless and dont last long. The Cryli-Tek 5505 has kept my patio shiny and waterproof all summer so far which a lot of other sealers I've used were unable to do so. The best I've found so far!

Would RecommendI am terrible at painting yet I was able to apply this product with no issue. Sealed my pavers we'll. Had to apply two coats to get the paver to have that really glossy look. One coat gave them a wet look and two coats gave them a glossy wet look.

I've gotten great results
Would RecommendI've gotten great results in the summer by first power washing, waiting a couple days for the concrete to dry out in the sun, then applying the sealer in the evening when it's cooler in no direct sunlight. Yes, you need 2-3 days with no rain, but it does work, leaves a wet look and it looks great.

Would RecommendUsed on my driveway with pavers. I tried multiple different sealers before none of them came close to this sealer with look and the price and durability. It is easy to apply and clean up. I did have to apply two coats in order to darken the pavers because of how porous they are.

Would RecommendI have about 1000 ft² of pavers that were professionally installed. When they completed the job they sealed it with a solvent-based sealer. I continued to use the same sealer each year. This year the company was out of the sealer so I thought I would take a chance on this Cryli-Tek 5505. FIrst I power-washed my pavers. Would RecommendJust used this product and I have got to tell you it worked great if you prep it right and follow instructions. The result is worth the work. I applied one coat then another the next day and it looks great.

Would RecommendI could not apply this product with a sprayer because it would gum up the sprayer within a couple of minutes. I had to brush it on. However the finished results looks great. I hope it lasts.
