Beautiful but slippery when wet
Would RecommendSimply gorgeous outcome here - - my stamped (and stained) concrete walkway is 5 years old and was looking pretty faded after weathering the elements. This stuff made it look like new and super shiny but be warned that it made the walkway super slippery when wet (only in bare feet it seems). Watering my grass and plants in bare feet means being extra alert as I nearly took a tumble but caught myself by stepping onto the grass (thank goodness I was not on the steps!). Paver application
Would RecommendHello, I used the 5505 To seal my pavers. I had a large are (approximately 2200 sq ft.) I definitely recommend PPE especially when pouring as the product can splash up potentially in your eyes. End result is amazing ! I hope it will last a few years as other legal ants I have uses require an annual application. I took some before and aft photos to share the difference.

Would RecommendGreat product. My pavers were very porous and I put on 2 coats. Result was excellent. The fumes are very strong so use a mask. I would use again.

Use with Grip-Tek 250
I would definitely use with the Grip-Tek 250 around a pool deck as it gets slick when wet. My granddaughter slipped and fell. Entirely my fault, I should have listened to the reviews and trusted them.

Got the expected results
Would RecommendBought this to seal a stamped concrete patio. Worked great and got the expected results I was looking for. High gloss, easy application and little prep work. Made my neglected concrete look like new again. All I did was pressure wash the surface and let it dry for a day and half.

Excellent results
Would RecommendExcellent results. Have a 1000 sq ft patio of stained concrete that hadn’t been sealed since poured in 2010. It was faded from exposure to the elements and pressure washing. Before sealing I thoroughly pressure washed, let the concrete dry for two days and then applied the sealer. It was just like painting a properly prepped wall. The concrete darkened and had a wet look. Rainwater now beads up and runs off better. It’s much glossier.

I used a 3/8" roller that worked well.
Would RecommendI used a 3/8" roller that worked well. I just applied the sealer about a month ago so time will tell how well it holds up but some of the pavers I put this on were installed for over 15 years and they now look great!

Real glossy look
Would RecommendJust finished applying the coating to my backyard patio brick pavers. Looks real good and is exactly the thick rich dark wet glossy look that I wanted. Took two rather thin coats to achieve the real glossy look
