Would RecommendWent on easily with 3/8" nap roller. Covered a little over 100 sq ft./gallon with 2 coats. The roller I used only lasts for about 1000 sq ft. before it becomes so loose - so I would either recommend a high quality roller or to switch out the roller cover every 1000 sq. ft. or so

One thin coat still leaves a wet look
Would RecommendSuggestions: Do not apply in the heat of the sun at 12:00 - apply early in the morning or later in the afternoon to prevent the product from drying too quickly. It is not necessary to apply a heavy coat. One, thin coat still leaves a wet look. Mix in the Grip-Tek 250 if you are applying it in areas that will be wet with lots of foot traffic. It is slippery when wet without it. I recoat every 12 months and I will definitely continue the use of this product.

Would RecommendThis product was used to seal our paver driveway. I spent time reading the reviews of this and other products and did my research. Prior to ordering I was somewhat wary that any product would work as needed, as I have had issues with other products and how the finished surface looked. I have to say I am very pleased with the result. Application was not difficult.

Would RecommendIt did what it said it would such as leaving the concrete wet looking and shiny. The problem I have now is my hard water from my sprinklers leaves white spots on the walkway.

Would RecommendI am in the construction industry and have used a lot of sealers. I bought this sealer not knowing how it would be. I have to say I was very impressed with how easy it went down and the overall look when finished. It made my paver patio look brand new again. I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a sealer for an outdoor space.

Impressed so far
Would RecommendI have stamped and stained concrete and needed to seal it with a wet look. Have used other products in the past and haven’t been to impressed with the final product. I ended up rolling the 5505 on with a 1/4” nap and using a brush for the cracks and crevices. Have only applied one coat and it looks fantastic. I hope it has the longevity to match the looks.

Easy to clean
Would RecommendWe used this product to redo a "tired" stained concrete deck surface. Looks better than new! Would highly recommend. Water just beads off the surface now and the deck is very easy to clean.

Really brings out the color
Would RecommendWe pressure washed and acid washed our patio and left it to dry for 48 hours. After applying this product it really brings out the color of the stone.
