Looks clean and updated
Would RecommendThe smooth look of the product and easy to cut and install. The onlly drawback is that we had fibeglass panels before which offer sound cushioning and now it does echo a bit more and makes out TV sound different. I think I will end up putting curtains up to fix that, not a big deal.

good ceiling tile alternative to fiberboard
Would Recommendlike the flexibility of material for installation, as it is about 1/4 inch thick; liked the ease of of hole saw and utility knife tools to shape; liked that both side were identical, so that a minor mar could be the upside; did not like the tile container - too flimsy for handling - causing many tiles in a box to be discarded

Have the store check the box for cracked panels
Would RecommendLike the product, although one package all the panels where cracked. They are much better that fiber originals and make are a brighter. The grid we put them was not the best and probably installed by the previous owners as DIY folks. Made installation a chore. But a 1,000 times better looking.
