Generac 12500 / 9500 -Watt Tri fuel Portable Gen.

Brand new unit. Bought at Lowes 1st week May 2025. Works good on gasoline. Doesn't work/start on NG or LP. Verified there is adequate NG and LP flow. Followed all the manual instructions. Called multiple authorized service centers as directed by Generac Tech folks and no one has any ideas or clues except to say there will be a service charge paid by customer for any warranty repair work. Would give 0 stars but to submit there must be at least 1 clicked

Great to have as a backup for extreme weather

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This portable generator by Generac is exactly what you need for camping, power outages, or basically whatever diy project. It's tri fuel which makes it convenient and it's not very loud so it won't disturb your neighbors!

Huge!

It is loud but it’s a beast! It is heavy but easy to move with the handle bar and big tires. My husband is very happy with it.

Very nice and works so well

However the wheels make it much easier to move around and the handle is even a better touch. The noise is not as loud as some I have heard and it was easy to start with the pull start. We plan to connect it to the house so it will run a few major appliances like the deep freezer and fridge.
