Keeps me breathing

I am on oxygen 24/7 , and , my generac has saved me from relying on oxygen tanks. Although , we have had a couple of minor setbacks where the generator failed. Our local certified generac service team " GEN ONE" had us up and running quickly.

Our generator was installed in 04/2026 its been great. I does it's self check every Saturday at 8am as scheduled. I keep hoping for a power outage so it can do its job.

VERY DISAPPOINTED - brand new unit failed

On the first power outage the generator failed (red light with message "error low voltage"). Still waiting on generac to ship part required to fix. Brand new 22K system FAILED. .

Great longevity, NO issues for 20+ years

I live north of Buffalo, NY and we get some wild weather. 20+ years ago I had a 13kw partial home Generac generator installed I never had an issue with its operation for 2 decades. Due the age of the 13kw and hours I had on the unit - I added a manual hour meter; it was time for an upgrade. I chose the 18kw whole house with external whole house transfer switch. Good Unit

Unit installed a month ago. It starts when needed for a power outage but will not exercise automatically. The noise level is acceptable and unit starts quickly.

Very solid generator

I bought the 26KW last month. And now I have peace of mind knowing if a hurricane hits here in Florida and I lose power. I will have little or no change in my lifestyle, because when the generator starts I will have power.

Works great

I bought this last year and the electric has only went off twice. Both times, the generator was running in less than one minute restoring power to my whole home. That gives me the best piece of mind for power grid emergencies.
