Bought this unit couple of years ago and it is constantly in trouble!! Service contract doesn’t mean anything if they don’t repair unit!! Anderson power equipment in Valdosta Georgia is terrible for service!! Paid for contract and still won’t repair unit!!!

Very unreliable. Can't get it to work.
Would Not RecommendI can't tell you how many problems I have had with this generator. I have had 2 companies out to try to fix it. The first company Foremost sent someone so inept they fired them. The next company has cycles through replacing all sorts of parts. I keep paying the bill for this. We tried calling Generac and they were not only unhelpful but their person was rude. We would not recommend buying a Generac.

Be careful when you select a company to install.
Would Not RecommendThe generator is ok but the permitting issues have not been resolved in two years. The city is threatening to fine me for not providing the necessary permits. Supercenter store was/is responsible to provide that information to the city

Purchased the unit at the end of May, unfortunately had not had the time to install and a huge storm came through the region. I had to purchase a portable unit. You can believe that the 10 kw is now installed and working properly.
