Not happy with my new generator

have not been able to connect with my Lennox air conditioner, not happy, also had control board bad during installation

Has not worked at all. How Generac can release a product that has software issues. I paid all the installation and equipment money for a product that has never worked.

Love owning a Whole House Generac Generator

We have only had the generator now for less than a month. Luckily we have not had any power outages and have not had to use it. I will say, that when I hear a storm is coming our way, I do not panic or worry about having an outage.

Seems very capable if needed

Bought it 2 years ago and has only run for a 6 hour planned outage. Feel it’s a very capable generator. Electric grid is pretty reliable so hopefully it won’t get much opportunity to run.

I saved and saved to purchase our Generac Generator, and I am so happy that I did to make our purchase possible.

Nice but needs more network connectivity.

Great product. Lacking with network function. No 5ghz WiFi and Ethernet is not provided by default which is a money grab.

I purchased this a couple months ago and so far I’m happy, just wish I had better controlled over it through the app.

Easy!

What a difference when the power goes out. We hear a click the generator starts and the power comes back on. I didn’t have to scramble for gas cans, go outside to set the choke, turn the fuel on plug the power cord into the house, start the generator, turn the transfer switch on and switch the generator to house on. All of this was usually done at night in miserable weather. Now we just hear a click, the sound of the generator and the power comes on in seconds. All while we’re warm and dry 😁 2...

Could not live without this beast

I purchased the generator last year and have used it much more than I expected. Give us a nice warm feeling knowing its ready when needed
