Difficulty in using

Very difficult to use in the beginning. The spin cycle is way too sensitive and it took weeks to finally get it balanced. The installer was completely incompetent and rude. I would not buy from you again.

Why is it SO loud

This was my first GE appliance purchase and I’m so disappointed. It was just delivered today and when they did a test run I commented on how noisy it was but figured it was just due to the barrel being empty. If only that were the case— I’m washing a blanket and a fitted sheet right now and I can hear this thing on every cycle and through every transition everywhere in my house. And when it got to the spin cycle it was clanging and shaking about. There’s no way it’s supposed to operate like this...

Bad washer

Bought it in April, been acting up, does not wash. Leaves clothes soaked. The lid does not lock, I have to hold down lid in order to lock. So unhappy. Looking for another washer. And there’s no point in getting the extended warranty either. They always find any excuse for repairs not to be covered.

It does an ok job

It doesn’t balance itself the easiest so clothes come out wet sometimes. I have to do another drain and spin. Part of the top broke, I haven’t had it that long.

product damage

the product did not come thru my door in the box as shown in the picture. also during install the side of the washer was scratched in multiple places and when hooking up to my water lines my shut off valve to the hot water started leaking.. I had to shut off my water to the area to get the leak to stop!

Very loud, shakes & long wash cycles

Brand new and it was so disappointing.. honestly scared us when we first heard it. -Loud, shakes, moves out of spot -Takes forever to wash, have to re run cycles

love the water savings

I now have CLEAN clothes. Thanks to my new G E washer. Oh, by the way it looks good too!

Does a great job at cleaning our clothes

Our clothes have never been cleaner . One of my best washers I have had.

Broken Lid, off balanced

The lid broke after about a year of use. More and more prices keep breaking off. We are still about to use it with some force on top of lid. This washer jumps around and so off balanced. We will start the washer in one place in the laundry room and come back to find washer has just walked away. Will not buy another GE washer.

A very POOR start

Had this washing machine delivered and installed. Installer told us to do a quick wash before using. Found out later, the installer should have done this before he left. Started machine. Within minutes our floor was flooded. Fortunately, the delivery/installer had just left, so they came back. Within 5 minutes, he announced the machine was broken and he was taking it back. I paid extra for express delivery. Now it will be another 2 days before we get a new one. I sure hope this one is better tha...

Horrible Washer

I've had this washer since May of 2025. The cheap plastic lid broke around March 2026. It was still under warranty so I had it repaired for free. It is now July 2026 and the lid is breaking again. Now it is not under warranty. The parts cost $315.00 to replace the lid. I can get a new washer for $400.00. The machine is ALWAYS off balance and shutting off due to this. This was a horrible purchase.

Poor quality, cheap plastic, the lids are junk

The lids are junk made from cheap plastic and will not last .. was told I was buying the best ....far from it
