A very POOR start

Had this washing machine delivered and installed. Installer told us to do a quick wash before using. Found out later, the installer should have done this before he left. Started machine. Within minutes our floor was flooded. Fortunately, the delivery/installer had just left, so they came back. Within 5 minutes, he announced the machine was broken and he was taking it back. Broken Lid, off balanced

The lid broke after about a year of use. More and more prices keep breaking off. We are still about to use it with some force on top of lid. This washer jumps around and so off balanced. We will start the washer in one place in the laundry room and come back to find washer has just walked away. Will not buy another GE washer.

Lasted 1 hour

I don’t know why I buy GE Profile products anymore. Got a brand new washing machine and I can’t use a Universal Extension drain hose because the hose attached to the washer is so cheap it just gets crushed when connecting an extension hose . We are on our second microwave and second dishwasher in just 4 years. And now we can't even get a brand new washing machine to work properly. Horrible Washer

I've had this washer since May of 2025. The cheap plastic lid broke around March 2026. It was still under warranty so I had it repaired for free. It is now July 2026 and the lid is breaking again. Now it is not under warranty. The parts cost $315.00 to replace the lid. I can get a new washer for $400.00. The machine is ALWAYS off balance and shutting off due to this. This was a horrible purchase.

Quiet cycle, large capacity

One of the best products for large loads, simple instructions, and maximum durability. Recommend to buy for a busy household.

Just doesn't work as expected

Writing this review after one year of use. Unit was delivered leaking from the water inlet - after verifying it wasn't the hoses, a technician came and replace the part. GE sent the part directly to me once I scheduled the appointment, but didn't tell me they were doing so - it just showed up - luckily before the technician! Does the job

Overall this washer is good. Can't really do multiple blankets or a lot of bedding at one time though. Better for lower capacity needs.

Beware if low water pressure

The capacity of the washer is great, however, if you don't have good water pressure look for something else. I literally have to carry buckets of water to the machine when I wash even a small load as it fills by time, not by water level. Even on the deep fill setting, I carry buckets to wash and then to rinse.

HORRIBlE/BUYER BEWARE!!!

I never write reviews ever! But I felt that people need to know this is a horrible appliance! Bought in sept 2024 stopped working properly in December 2024. Awful Delivery Experience/Washer works as expected

The delivery experience with Lowe’s was horrible. Initial delivery date changed late afternoon the day before delivery, I even rescheduled an appointment for it to be delivered this specific day.
