Belt broke within 4 months

Dryer belt broke within 4 months of purchase with light use of the machine.

Want to exchange dryer

The washer works great but the dryer is terrible. I’ve had it since April of this year and it already stopped heating. Repair technician came out and said it was my thermostat. Tried to dry clothes and the dryer still was not heating up. Went to troubleshoot it and now my dryer won’t cut on. Never had issues with any other dryer like this one and honestly just want to trade it at this point.

Dryer stopped working

Washer works perfectly, but dryer stopped working. The dryer will not heat, takes forever to dry and I’ve only had it since April of this year.

I've never dealt with such a drying problem! Multiple drying cycles and its still coming out damp. AVOID AT ALL POSSIBLE COST

Not happy customer

Delivered damaged delivery driver secured replacement next day pleased with drivers attention to obtaining replacement quickly. Not pleased with Lowes reward points taken away because of return and not given back to my account when new dryer delivered next day. Spoken to customer service twice about points and seems easier taking away then returning still waiting for points to be restored delivered on June 26 now July 14. Issue still not resolved. Drying time

I’ve had nothing but issues with this dryer. Takes hours to dry a single load and just stops working.

Great Dryer

We started sing it as soon as the Lowe’s personnel dropped it off. They did a great job and they were fast in the installation process.

I wish I could replace

The washer is fine, but this dryer is horrible. I end up having to run multiple dry cycles for one load. What should take me a day, takes me several days. I always have a backlog of things that need to be dried. Plus the lint filter is horrible; it falls down and is nearly impossible to get out without fully dismantling the machine.... which we've done to try and improve the drying capabilities but it only helps temporarily until it gets clogged again. I'd die to replace this, but alas I'm just ...

Great new Washer

Patricia Extremely happy with this new washing machine easy to operate,cleans well,quiet,very large capacity, soap dispensing made very easy. I would recommend this washing machine.

Stopped working after 6 months

Dryer stopped working after 6 months . GE website directed me to Bodewell website for service. None of the information that entered to Bodewell made it to the technicians work order. Parts were ordered and will be delivered . The next scheduled appointment is in 15 days. #1 rated service company as stated on their website . Frustrating and disappointing.

Bad quality plastic on lid

Bought 01/21/2024 In the last year I have been seeing little gray pieces in my tub but did not know where they were coming from then all of a sudden the lid plastic started chipping badly - Seems like the plastic on the lid that surrounds the glass is defective or poor quality now my lid does not close and I can not wash because of the lock. I bought 3 year warranty so hopefully they can do something about this issue, not very cheap product to have cheap plastic

Only useful for clothing Nothing Else

We do Not like this washer from day 1. It is not useful for anything except clothing. It saves water by barely enough water to wet the clothes evenly even on the deep fill setting. You can Not Wash blankets comforters or pillows without issues and constantly it ending the cycle with sopping wet stuff. Then change the setting to drain and spin and it goes out of wack another 10 times. Then fills back up with water to try to r balance then drain again and then out of balance again. It’s a horribl...
