Our 2nd GE dryer in less than two months!!!
The end of January, we bought a GE dryer and washer. After several weeks, we noticed the dryer was not drying and made a claim ticket for them to come out and service? Why I asked? Awful lint system, clogged and then blocked ours
The worst dryer ever. We are in the process of returning this for another brand. The lint system is awful and vent got clogged, our appliance place replaced the entire dryer because it wouldn't dry. The replacement was just as bad and blew lint all over our back deck. Not sure if it’s a bad design or what but I am done trying with this dryer.

Makes no sense
Cycles take FOREVER and still aren’t dry. I have to run for multiple cycle and I have tried every cycle on there to try to figure it out. My old dryer would stop drying when clothes were done. This does not-maybe bc they are never dry! A “mixed load” cycle will say it only needs 38 mins with wet clothes which needs multiple cycles to dry. Yet as the clothes start to dry and I restart the cycle, the mins go up to 50 or something. So wet clothes need less time than dry clothes?!? Make it make se...

Junk
New house and bought the GE Profile set. Just after warranty expired the dryer broke. The repair man stated the repair was so expensive I was better off buying a new one. I bought a new one. Now it squeals and not all settings work. Still under warranty, so we shall see. The washing machine no longer works either, one on cycle works and will not do any sort of spin cycle.

Large capacity
Works better then expected. Drying time better then expected for a large capacity dryer . So may advance features wrinkle gaurd works , quite operation and steam feature a time saver.

It doesn’t dry totally
My clothes are never dry and I have to set it on the time dry for about 90 minutes or more. The regular drying cycle, which should dry your clothes does not.

I absolutely hate the dryer. Sometimes it takes 3 settings to dry clothes. Sometimes they dry before time is up buy the dryer just keeps running.

Cheap appliance
I think it is cheaply made. You only allow 48 hours to return and people don’t have the different types of laundry within 48 hours. Comforters take 2 1 hour cycles on bulk to dry. Sweat shirts mixed in with jeans are still damp. Too much technology for a simple task of drying clothes. Also, there is a pile of lint forming at the bottom of the lint screen where it rests in the dryer. Now I have to figure out how to get it out.
