Delivery woes

Had to return the first one because the inside drawer was scratched and the doors were uneven. First delivery guys were fantastic even with a language barrier. The delivery guy they sent to replace the fridge and pick up the first one spent more time trying to convince me my floor was uneven (causing the doors to be uneven) than he did switching them out. A lot more room

Great value and size for any family.

We purchased this fridge 2 years ago for our second home in the south. It has enough room to store and organize no matter what. We love the middle drawer for storing cheese and snack items. The freezer is a generous size and my favorite part is the storage on the door. When the time came to replace our current fridge at our home in the north we knew exactly what to buy.

Auto defrost issues

Unable to trust the product due to the auto-defrost issues. See pictures. Bodewell sent the repair shop 6-7 times over 5 months, but was unable to fix. Keep replacing parts. GE engineering tech group unresponsive and unable to contact due to company policy. What a mess, we lost all of our food

Our refrigerator was damage and not installed as planned. I have spent 3 hours on hold with Lowes trying to get anyone to tell me when it will be redelivered.

Good but monitoring

The internal water dispenser and built-in jug are a game changer — sleek and out of the way. The interior is incredibly bright, storage is well thought out, and the middle drawer is a feature I didn’t know I needed. The freezer is surprisingly roomy too. GE Profile Refrigerator

I love the lighting and space inside ~the drawer for cheese/ misc other items ~the storage in the door. and also love that you can open the door without opening the whole refrigerator. The Freezer has more than ample space, and large drawer. Ice maker/water are convenient.. Over all I am more than happy with the refrigerator. Clean design

We are happy with this refrigerator. Lots of room, clean design & fast ice maker.

Tell installers to slow down.

1st frig was dropped. Today the second one came with a broken water dispenser right out of the box. Tomorrow we will try again with a third frig.

Highly Functional

Very functional with the additional refrigerated drawer, soft close interior drawers and separate exterior door opening with swivel shelf. The Auto fill water spout on the door is a very nice feature. The 2 drawer freezer with dividers is a plus, for easy freezer organizational. I highly recommend this product. If it has any dents on arrival, dont expect the Lowes managers to make things right. I still love the product.

Organization +

I love this frig, it is so well organized. The freezer is on the bottom with a movable drawer inside it. The drawer is perfect to separate small or delicate things. Above the freezer is a drawer that can house drinks, snacks and deli items. Love it! The top compartment is large and easy to organize. I am so pleased with this purchase.
