Good Reliable Brand

Features are good for price range, i.e. crisper and self cleaning. Update moving control panel to front better set up.

Serious safety issue.

Control knobs are easily turned on if brushed up against. ONE FIRE ALREADY. I had placed a protective pad over the glass and a burner was accidentally turned on when I had brushed against it. Luckily I hadn’t left for work. No more pads. Burner turned on a second time two nights ago. Twice in one month. GE needs to fix this. I highly recommend buying a different stove.

New home, new range

The guys that delivered the oven were super nice, professional and very quick. Love my new oven!

knobs

Everything good so far except Oven temperature control variation from selected temperature selection. Oven on bake does not reach temp selected. It indicates when oven reaches the temp selected but is 50 -100 degrees lower. Have to increase temp to reach internal temp desired.

Stove

Nice stove. Self cleaning a plus with steam. Extra burner

A few issues

Well, I wish the double burner was on the left or that it had 2 double burners, and the front knob controls are straight up and down. They are difficult to read. I wish they were slanted out a bit.

Do not buy appliances - no support

Delivered 5.1.26, delivery men dropped this new range on my steps and said nothing. Upon discovery of the damage I called because they were long gone. Lowe’s offered a discount to keep the unit. The oven is great, but the cook top unit cooking temps fluctuates at any setting. I set a unit to low for simmering and the pot boiling over. Thankfully I was only a few steps away. Called Lowe’s and got no support because the unit was ‘used’. Told to call GE/Bodewell. Was given a service...

Good luck F350 error code

Within a few weeks of delivery the oven stopped working and giving an f350 code. I had to buy a toaster oven to make pizzas and baked goods. Stove doesn’t regulate temp and you cannot slowly summer things, everything boils even on low. Knobs and controls easily turn on not a good appliance.

Terrible

I bought this stove and loved it at first. Bought all new induction stove top safe pans, spent a lot of money. Thank goodness I bought a 3 year warranty because one of the burners is stuck on high and will not cool down when put on the lowest setting. It stays on blazing hot high. Was this stove worth $1200, absolutely NOT! Now let's see if anyone answers a phone to set up a time to fix the stove top.

My mom accepted the delivery on my behalf. She said the men delivering were wonderful and did a great job. The Lowe’s up to date texts were great as well. Was able to let her know in plenty of time. Purchased Saturday 7/18 and delivery Tuesday 7/21. Great job!

Not a good situation

This came a few days late, and it was completely damaged. There was some kind of a rubbery glue all over the side, the front door and the top it doesn’t come off. I called your helpline and it was somebody in India who knew nothing about relationship management I tried to exchange it and he told me I couldn’t. I tried to call the store to talk to the appliance manager who I ordered it from and nobody answered for three days so now I’m stuck with this oven that doesn’t work very well and I have t...
