no great features highly disappointed

The refrigerator compressor went bad after 3 years an so did the ice maker

We love it! It has a couple small dings on the front, but, we are loving the larger capacity and the lighting is excellent. Really appreciate the alarm for a foir not being closed.

Great except for just one little thing

I love this refrigerator and would give it 5 stars except for one small thing. Ice forms around the “door” to the ice bin making it very difficult to open. I have to try to pry it open every day just to make sure that it will open when we actually need it to be opened.

shelf sace is very limited unlessyou remove shelve

It is a large refrigerator, but not enough room between shelves for a gallon milk jug or a tall oj.

Refrigerator is efficient and has a good capacity happy with choice

No communication

Delivery guys were super friendly. But no communication from Lowe’s to your delivery drivers your products are delivered by a third-party distributor and there is very little communication between Lowe’s and them. They didn’t install. Called Lowe’s for some customer support and they said there’s nothing they can do talk to the distributor. Haha

Perfect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This french door fridge is so much better than my old side by side. So much more room. Only 2 things I would change, the size of the ice maker storage and add a drip tray for water drips on door. Otherwise I live this fridge!

Horrible customer service

Once refrigerator was set up and delivery drivers left, I called Lowe's to complain about the noise the refrigerator was making. They immediately wanted to exchange, but I requested a service call before swapping out a brand new fridge. They said a service call would be made on Monday. No one showed up and I called again, service call was scheduled for Thursday. Mid-day Thursday, after no one had contacted me, I called to find out the status and they said my service call had been cancelled, ...

Very nice refrigerator

I like the size of this refrigerator. It is very spacious. I like the simplicity of the ice maker controls. We didn't want one with a lot of high end electronics but one that was updated from my old model. This is perfect. This is my first refrigerator with French doors. I was concerned that the freezer would be overcrowded but it nicely accommodates everything I had to put in there with space left over.
