Received as replacement
I would love to rate higher but this is a replacement for a failed unit. It is not a profile like the original (I am not complaining as I was asked prior to replacement) but rather than wait the 4+ months to "fix" the old one again, I chose a lese model. So far (1 month) it has worked well but we'll see if it holds up as poorly as the last one.

Our refrigerator is less than 3 years old and no longer cools to the right temperature in the fridge and doesn’t actually freeze anything in the freezer. We’ve had to move all of our freezer food to our deep freeze. We’ve had 3 different appliance repairmen come and take a look, and reported it to GE/HAIER. We purchased this refrigerator 2 years ago and it has already stopped working due to sealed system leak. We contacted a local service tech who advised GE systems are generally covered for 5 years on manufactures parts. GE advised they only cover for one year on this model.
