Lowes is the best place for appliances

I've been a landlord for over 50 years. I've reached the point where I don't even shop for appliances at other outlets. Lowes has always been the BEST.

Not really Dry Boost

For the price the dishwasher works fine but not without its shortcomings. Drying: the dishes are usually mostly dry but there is always water still on the inside door and bottom inside the dishwasher by the door. I have to open the door when the dishwasher is finished so it can dry out and not have trapped moisture. This even occurs in the highest dry boost setting. I have had this dishwasher for 22 months and the plastic latch would not keep dishwasher closed. called service and it was deemed unrepairable because the hinges were broken and door was twisted.

Cheap Cheap Cheap

I bought this unseen to replace a 22 year old GE dishwasher. I’m truly disappointed at the quality. I know a lot has changed in that time. This unit weighs at least 40 lbs less than the old unit and is mostly plastic. I bought it on sale and if I’d paid the full price I would be really really upset. I ran one load and it cleaned fine but seemed to run forever. Would I recommend buying it, no!

Beware of the automatic messages from Lowe’s.

Dishwasher seems fine but we never got/ can’t find the gizmo for holding wineglasses.

Feels kind of cheap

This unit feels REALLY flimsy and cheap. Very lightweight door, but not in a good way, feels like everything is about to break off. It cleans things fine I suppose. Just feels cheap

Not impressed

Box opening review. Out of the box, the door feels flimsy. The silverware basket plastic is very thin and it doesn't fit securely in the rack. The rack has very short tines, and lower rack has a large open area in center so it only has 2 sets of tines to stack dishes in. I bought it on "sale" for $325.00, but I have a hard time even seeing the value at that price. Time will tell if it holds up.

Low Quality Does not Dry dishes

This dryer was brand new in my new build. It is the worst dishwasher we have ever owned. The heating element on the bottom has never came on and it does not dry the dishes. Due to the lack of the drying all of the racks are rusted and messing up my dishes now. Would not buy a GE product because of the poor quality of their products.

How cheap GE quality has gotten

Works well , what is the second dishwasher I have purchased in the last few years first one intermittently stopped working so I bought this one which works well but the quality is extremely cheap looking plastics stainless steel is wobbly and very cheap. The display doesn't even have LEDs when you switch from one cycle to the next it uses these color buttons I don't even think it's LED very cheap. I guess we're seeing shrinkflation as it happens
