Do Not Buy

Smaller than a normal dishwasher, bottom rollers are not configured correctly and you have to pick up the bottom to move it. Front buttons are cheaply made and will not last long. Do not buy this.

Fantastic dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The capacity is heat I can put a lot put dishes in it at once, I haven’t had any spots or dirty dishes come out of it after a wash cycle, at times depending on what I put in some come out wet is not sitting longer, I haven’t noticed any change in my electric bill if use once or twice a day and the noise I can’t even hear when it’s on

Rusted Rack

Unfortunately the top rack has rusted and cracked in many places in just 5 years of use.

Poor wash rack feature

The lower dish holder is difficult to pull out and push back in. It constantly comes off the track . Very very cheap design.

Decent dishwasher. Needs some tweaks

All in all, this is a good dishwasher, it’s a little loud. My house is very open concept and it does get loud in here. The bottom rack slides off the tracks very easily, which is very annoying.

Rust

I have had this dishwasher for just over a year, and both the upper and lower racks have developed significant rust. The rust has begun transferring onto our dishes during wash cycles, making the dishwasher unusable. Given that the appliance is only a little over a year old, I am very disappointed with the durability and quality of the racks.

Very poor dishwasher only lasted 2 years

My dishwasher was only 2 years old and stopped working. It would cost more money for someone to come in for a visit to evaluate and fix and pay for parts that is to buy a new one.

Replacement of parts

The dishwasher is only three years old and I have to replace the racks already because the coating is coming off of them. I ordered the racks from you and the bottom rack fits perfectly the top rack is the wrong size.

Not satisfied

I am very disappointed with the quality of this dishwasher. After only one year of normal use, it no longer washes dishes properly. Even more concerning, the baskets inside have started to rust and are now almost falling apart because the coating has peeled off. I expected this appliance to last much longer, especially considering the price. A dishwasher should not develop rust or have deteriorating racks after just one year. I would not recommend this product based on my experience.

Would not recommend

This is the builder grade dishwasher that came with my new build home this dishwasher never cleans properly it just waste electricity and water. Everytime the door opens to let out detergent after the wash and It’s just left all over the door. I have switched to liquid detergent I have tried the pods. I have ran it while empty the trap door you put detergent in never opens during the cycle. I do not recommend but I love my ge washer and dryer My oven is good and microwave gets the job done

Cheap

Very cheap racks. Noisy wash cycle. I’ve only used it 6 times.

Never again

Had tons of issues with this model. Finally after 2 years the model crashed with the console errors. It didn’t even turn on properly. Had to throw Away as the console repair cost more then the new one. I thought GE was the top premium six sigma kaizen brand. Geez !

Terrible

This dishwasher is bad. Came with a new house. It is noisy. Trays rusted in2 months. Seal on dishwasher leaks. They came out to fix it it took another month to get parts. And ounce again the dishwasher is leaking on floor!

Would Buy Again, Very Efficient

We love that this dishwasher gets through the cycle quickly and quietly. The dishes also fit very well in both racks. That is something that is overlooked by other, more expensive machines. I would buy this again.

Dishwasher review

This dishwasher is very loud when running. Also the bottom rack doesn’t like to stay on the track so operating the bottom rack is frustrating and a pain especially when you have it full of dishes and it being difficult to push into the dishwasher. The cycles seem to be longer than usual but so far it seems to clean well.

Poor design. Cheap product.

The bottom shelf does not slide in or out appropriately. The design is awkward and frustrating. I have to fight to slide it in and out. The door is also extremely light and I'm never sure if it is sealed right. Looking to replace it as soon as possible.

Poorly manufactured

Well the door opens and it feel poorly made almost like a toy dish washer. The racks dont stay on the track when I pull them out it jumps out of the dish washer and it just looks like a cheap manufactured product.

Getting Fixed

Bottom rack is horrible, doesn't stay on the sides & needs bigger wheels.

Top and Bottom Racks rusted and falling apart

Dishwasher operation is decent but the top and bottom racks are rusted and falling apart. Judging by many other reviews, this is a known issue that GE should address by providing free replacement of the top and bottom racks.
