Does it's Job.

Dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher has been good so far. I do notice some slight white residue on the dishes after washing, but has a good capacity to fit lots of dishes in.

Drawer not closing smoothly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When the load is more with utensils the drawers are not closing properly, it strucks everytime and goes moves here and there, not worth the dishwasher

Rust!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been in our brand new home for only 2 years and our dishwasher is the only thing to give us problems thus far. The racks are rusting so badly that I am scared to even clean our dishes in there. Considering GE has been around for so long, I felt strongly that they would be the best brand to go with as far as appliances go but clearly I was wrong. A 2 year old dishwasher should not be rusting this badly!!!

Just okay.

I don’t Ike the layout of the racks compared to other dishwashers I have had in the past. The drying cycle is also not the best. My dishes are constantly wet when the load is done and I still have to dry them by hand

Cheap and Chintzy

This dishwasher was installed by my builder, so I didn’t really have a choice in selecting it. While it functions as expected, the materials feel extremely cheap and flimsy, giving the impression of poor overall build quality. It’s also quite noisy, with little sound dampening properties.

Pretty good. It has had some trouble draining, leaves water at the bottom

Great features

I have used many dishwashers and this is one of my favorites so far! It has a large capacity and holds lots of dishes. Its energy efficient and the installation was super easy. The product has multiple cycles you can choose from depending on the load size and it's pretty quiet which helps if you run your dishwasher at night like me.

Poor quality- Racks rust in under a year.

Racks have rusted after only a few short months. It’s made of a poor material that seems unfit for the machine.

So much storage

I personally don’t use my dish washer to wash my dishes but the 2 times I have used it, it really cleans them super good. As for storage I use it mostly to let them dry after hand washing them and it holds so much in there!!

Awesome features

Love the capacity of this dishwasher and cycle options it provides save me the energy of having to scrub dishes . The fact that it’s silent huge plus. Installation was faster than I thought

This GE dishwasher has been a great addition to my kitchen. The front controls make it very easy to see and select the cycle I need without opening the door, and the layout is straightforward. Extremely frustrating but cleans dishes.

The dishwasher itself cleans dishes, which is the main goal and for that it gets 2 stars. However, the bottom rack is extremely frustrating and because of that I would never recommend this. The rack does not slide in well at all. It seems the it is always "off track" or the wheels are just not proper for this. IDK but it makes me want to hurl the rack across the room every time I load the dishwasher.

Poor rack material

After a couple months of use the rack plastic material start coming off and now the racks are rusting

Poor Quality

We moved into our new build almost 5 years ago, this dishwasher was picked and purchased by the builders. Both the top and bottom racks are rusted and falling apart. I've never seen this happen to a dishwasher before especially still being so new.

Broke first week of use. Poor QC

The dishwasher 's watertight seal literally broke our first week and leaked all on our kitchen floor. Terrible quality.
