What Customers Are Saying
The self-adhering cap sheet roofing product has mixed reviews. Many customers report it is easy to install, sticks well, and works great for low-slope roofs and sheds. They praise its durability, waterproofing ability, and competitive pricing. However, some customers found it difficult to work with due to the extremely sticky adhesive, and reported issues with proper adhesion, leading to leaks. There were also complaints about the product not covering the advertised square footage. The reviews suggest this product may work well for some low-slope applications, but customers need to carefully follow the installation instructions and be prepared for potential challenges.

DO NOT ORDER FROM LOWES ONLINE.
I ordered this product on 09-16-2026 and it was to be delivered on 09-18-2026. I had workers lined up on 09-19-2026 to install the roof. The product showed online that it was slightly delayed but will be there on the same date. It never showed up and I was not notified. It left me in a real bind. I explained this to Lowes customer service and they just brushed me off. If you need materials from Lowes, DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. They really don’t care.

The good and the bad
Would RecommendThis product is high quality but I did purchase some starter shingle rolls that I would never purchase again because of the very low quality

Extremely hard to work with
Would Not RecommendI have used your product several times and never had a problem with it until now. I just did a project six squares and when I went to peel off the protective backing, it came off in pieces some of which I could not get off all the way I don’t know if you’ve cut back on your product. But whatever you did reverse it I will not buy this product ever again
Good sheet
Would RecommendSeems like a solid product. Once these are affixed to the the base sheet, it's almost impossible to unstick, which is good to seal out water, but not good if you make a mistake aligning them to the edge. I like the design of the installation process, and I think they'll hold up quite well.

Delayed third party delivery same day nightmare
Would RecommendI ordered this product online. I chose same day delivery which did not happen. When I tried to get my $39 delivery charge back, I was told I was out of luck and it was on me for making that choice. I was given a $25 dollar gift card, but after talking to six different people I was told to come in if I wanted the $14. Not sure I like buying from this store.
