Good work poor poor office

Roof was installed very quickly and looks grear. American Home Tech has issues with some of their office personnel and one of their sales reps. Sales rep told me he had lost 2 of my checks. A week after stopping payment on checks and changing accounts American Home Tech tried to process the 2 lost checks. We I called them the accounts receivable clerk treated me like I won't pay my bill. Over a week latter and talking to 4 different people I finally got things straightened out.

My roof was replaced early in February. I like the quality of the shingles, especially the algae protection as I have many trees near my house. Also the richness of the color, which is Hickory, compliments the brick on my house

Temberline NS Charcoal

Product seems to be good for the price. I like them better than three tab shingles. So far color is consistent in the bundles that I have opened. Some of the surfaces are scuffed up. It would be nice if they would package with a hard plastic over the outer shingles in the pack to prevent scuffing. I am sure the scuffing is from shingles being on a job site and then being returned. More of a lowes issue but would be nice manufacture did something to help prevent it. Roof replacement

I replaced my roof and had no idea the difference it would make in the temp to my upstairs. I need a lot less heat to keep it decent enough to use.

The new shingles closely match vibrant color of the existing 14 year old shingles, showing excellent resistance to weathering.

Love my roof!

We love the way our new roof looks, and it seems our house is so much easier to heat since we have the new roof. It stays much warmer in the house than before, the house stays at a temperature above what we have the thermostat set on, and it doesn't run even have as much as it did... amazing difference.
