Great features, Quality product, Quality reputation

Trying to be proactive, I replaced my roof with the same quality GAF product we installed when our home was built aprox 25 years ago. We never had one issue with the original product which made it easy to decide this time.

The dimensional look is beautiful.

The roof is the best that we have had. Living in Florida an excellent roof is essential. I should have gone with GAF and their certified roofers before. I finally did and I am thrilled.

Slate color in GAF Timberline UHDZ is the color to go with

We replaced our roof this month with GAF Timberline UHDZ and it looks great!  We chose the Slate color  And couldn’t be more pleased.  The grays and hint of green in the Slate color looks so much better than than the pewter gray which appears black Monarch roofing did a great job

Sugar Valley home

The Midian crew replaced our roof last week. We have four valleys, three hips and three gables. We are very pleased with the result. The valley and peak lines are very precise. We noticed that the roof is now very quiet during rainfall.

Not quite the color/effect that I wanted.

I’m happy with the thickness of the shingle and the overall quality. However I dislike the color of my pewter gray roof. It looks more black than gray, which is a big disappointment. The ultra high definition shadow results in a strange, almost optical illusion effect in my opinion. A kind of zigzag look. I am unhappy with the effect and wish I had anticipated that it’s too much for our modest home.

Exceptional Shingles

We used Midland Roofing out of North Kingstown, RI to do our roof replacement. Due to the proximity to the water they recommended the Timberline UHDZ. We are very satisfied with the look of these and Midland Roofing was an exceptional company to work with.

When Brian showed me the different products it was a no brainer to go with the Timberline UHDZ product. We are in an area where there is a lot of wind and going with a stronger product was top on my list. The style and color added a lot to the looks of our house.
