Beautiful finish

This is our 3rd GAF roof replacement. We went with Timberline AS II in charcoal. Change in color has definitely given our home more curb appeal. There is a lot of peace of mind with the shingle and got a large discount on our insurance premiums.

New Roof

I replaced my roof in November after hail damage. Very happy with project manager and team. They were efficient and did an excellent job. Love that I have a hail resistive roof which will give me an insurance discount and hopefully prevent replacement due to hail anytime soon.

Great Experience

We chose the Timberline AS II shingles because it had all the features we were looking for to replace the shingles on our house (Lifetime Limited Warranty, 25 Year StainGuard Plus Algae Protection, Dura Grip Adhesive, Class 4 impact resistant, and roofing accessories offered.) We are so happy with our new GAF shingles. They look great on our roof.

Very positive experience!

Our project was not simple and required an innovative approach. The roof on this 1955 house was built with a 12 - 2 pitch and without any attic ventilation for 75% of the roof surface. The solution our GAF professional created was incredible and we are very pleased!

New Roof Looks Great!

I just had my home's roof replaced with Timberline AS II shingles and I am very pleased. When it came time to replace my roof, I wanted to upgrade my shingles to help protect my home from future storms. Added benefit is a reduction in my insurance monthly premium so that will pay for the difference in the cost of traditional shingles in a very short time.

Lifetime warranty on a great Class 4 shingle.

We got our beautiful new shingles installed in November 2022 and a thick firm foam insulation layer was added with amazing results this past winter with a very cold December and January!
