Honest Fact Based Review

Lifetime” GAF Camelot Premium Designer shingles installed in 2007 at a premium cost of +30%. very easy to work with

Nope

I got scammed and this is what the scammer bought 1500 miles away THANKS LOWES

Lowe's INCOMPETENT

Shingles are fine however Lowe's charged me $6,573.44 on an order they did NOT deliver and are refusing to credit/refund after filing a dispute. AVOID LOWE'S SAN ANTONIO RIM who promised me they would resolve with corporate headquarters.

Service overshadows product

I checked in curbside and waited 40min. I then called, navigated to curbside, and the line rang with no answer. The call was transferred around three times with no answer. I went in and a Team Lead by the name of Jenny was very condescending and rude. She said I must have not checked in properly and demanded to see my phone to prove I called. My order was sitting right there with my name on it. She pointed to it and said, "there ya go". Get rid of Jenny and fix the curbside check-in please.

Good Quality Shingles.

No failures, no rejects in the bunch.

Great product to match existing roof.

Great product!! Roof repair was easy and quick with this product. Matched existing roof to a tee.

You don't need a gym because you will dig through at least three times the lumber just to find boards that are marginally servicable. Your service and products are incre...
