What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this refrigerator for its stylish, counter-depth design that integrates seamlessly into modern kitchens with a sleek, professional appearance and fingerprint-resistant exterior. The generous side-by-side interior impresses with ample storage, well-organized shelves, dedicated deli drawer, and butter shelf. The ice maker and water dispenser perform reliably, with customers noting they "work like a charm" and produce plenty of ice conveniently. Some mention the motor runs louder than expected, and a few report minor issues like uneven doors or top shelf freezing items. Overall, most customers find the refrigerator delivers excellent performance and aesthetics despite these small drawbacks.

Very happy with our purchase
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I prefer a side by side design as it’s easier to store and organize more freezer items. This was a replacement for our previous model almost identical to this and it lasted 16 years before starting to have issues. Hope to have the same luck with this one.

Frigidaire counter depth side by side
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the look of this fridge a lot and it has a good amount of room for a counter depth fridge. It arrived with no damage. My disappointment is it freezes in some parts of the top shelf.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like the fridge. Works well, but since it is the “professional” model I would expect professional details. The emblem was crooked on the door making it look cheap. And the fridge can get quite loud at times. The doors were also not level, but the installer was able to adjust them.

Functional
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This model works and functions well…the shelves and drawers are well positioned…one and only flaw is the water-ice maker positioning…a regular diameter glass or water container is susceptible to spilling…then the lever is depressed ice has a tendency to spill out and water is on the verge also…I installed a 3/8 thick foam pad making the container more inline with the 2 dispensers…
