Very large ice machine capacity, deep shelves, great crisper drawers. Installed temperature gauge to verify accuracy. It reads exactly correct temp. I am very pleased with this purchase.

The Perfect Fit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator is perfect for our new kitchen. It is counter top depth and yet is very roomy. Love the sleek professional look. It enhances the whole kitchen. Having a separate drawer for cold cuts is a plus. Also the slim icemaker allows for extra storage space. We highly recommend it!

Nice Refrigerator

I would have given this refrigerator 5 stars except for it is noisy when the cooling mechanism kicks in. Also, the plastic casing that snaps in at the bottom to cover the wheels, etc. doesn't match the refrigerator and stands out as cheap light gray plastic.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this side by side fridge. The only thing thus far is the icemaker. When it dispenses thru the door, it sprays ice (getting on to the floor) no matter how close to the opening I get the cup. Almost like it's dispensing tiny pieces of crushed ice when I have setting on cubed ice. So far the freezer and refrigerator are running great. Have had for only a few weeks.

Professional Fridge is Great!

After researching the different brands and models, we choose the counter depth Frigidaire Professional stainless steel appliance. The interior is extremely well designed; the freezer as well and it makes ice quickly. We are 100% pleased with our purchase. Almost forgot, it looks great too with the chrome accents and easy to open doors!

A little noisy

Overall, this is a minor issue but something the engineers should work on fixing. Otherwise, it seems like a nice unit.

Great Refrigerator

Terrible Delivery Service & Zero Accountability

I purchased this refrigerator on July 11th with an original delivery date of July 17th. Since then, Lowe's has repeatedly pushed back the delivery date—first to the 20th, then the 21st, and now all the way to July 27th. My existing refrigerator is completely broken. Food is spoiling, and I am struggling to safely feed my family. I have called customer service twice, but all I received were generic apologies with zero actual help or solutions. Overall Nice Refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall nice clean looking refrigerator. Love the handles. Looks very professional. Only issue is the rubber on the bottom of the refrigerator door popped out after only 3 weeks but they sent someone out two days later and it was fixed.

Doors are uneven

After install the doors were very uneven. We waited two weeks for them to send someone out to fix the doors and they couldn't get them even. We went back to the store and the manager told us that is how all these side by sides are. The doors are never going to be even.

Misaligned Doors

The refrigerator works, but the doors are badly misaligned and make it look cheap. This should never happen on a brand-new appliance. Very disappointing quality control. I expected much better from Frigidaire.
