Love our new refrigerator

We purchased the full size unit to maximize capacity but if I were to do it again I would have gotten the countertop depth. This is specific to my home and looks fine, would have looked cleaner with countertop option. Water dispenser fits taller "Stanley" cup options. The crisper drawer is big enough for a whole head of lettuce or a cabbage and it increases the shelf-life of fresh vegetables, which is a big, bit savings. I'm glad my old fridge gave up the ghost which encouraged me to buy this one.

I believe the interior layout, especially the door shelving has improved the spacious interior which includes an ice maker. And there’s a 2nd ice maker in the freezer which can be switched off if not needed providing additional freezer space. Also the exterior SSteel matches all of our other SS appliances. Frigidaire Junk!

We bought a Frigidaire Professional in April of 2025. After only a few months we started having problems. The water filter would not come out so we could replace. Even the repairman couldn't get it out and had to disassemble it and replace the water filter housing. Then both ice machines quit working. There is a fan in the left side wall that periodically sounds like a turbo prop plane taking off. I played a recording of the noise to the repairman an he said that he had to physically hear the no...

Frigidaire Frig

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Frigidaire Professional is the way to go. Most of our appliances are Frigidaire Professional. The refrigerator we replaced, after 15+ years, was a Frigidaire Professional side-by-side. Both my wife and I love the French door style. Everything is within reach when you open the door. I actually put a thermometer in the refrigerator and the temperature is what was set. Also the "Professional" has very stylish handles.

Minimal instructions on how to turn off the ice makers independently but it is possible. It is noisy at times but then absolutely silent at other times. It holds a steady temperature. While it is smaller than our last fridge, it seems to have lots of good door space and organization.
