Good Refrigerator So Far

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Happy with choice so far. Lots of space for a counter depth. Good balance between ref and freezer sections. Disappointed no actual temperature display so can't see how bad it is if door left open. Really missing that feature and seems like a no brainer given that it must be measured for temp control. Concerned about reliability as I watch them haul off my 25 year old Jenn-Aire

Broken on arrival. No help from Lowe’s

I received this fridge on a Monday and left it boxed in my garage until my week got a little less busy by Thursday and decided to swap it out with my other one in the house. Upon plugging it in, the control panel immediately flashes error “ER CE”. After trying the recommended procedures to no success I contact Lowe’s, who tells me I’m out of luck and past the 48 hour window. I’m now stuck with a lemon fridge and cannot return it to the store I bought it from and need to deal with Frigidaire dire...

Handsome fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very happy with this fridge. I am not using the water or ice features but most fridges come with those automatically now. I am glad it works fine without using them. The food is kept at a good temperature, the pull out top shelves are handy. They retract if you don’t need them. Quiet operation. It was a good option. We did have a little glitch but the retailer sent a tech out and he easily took care of it.

Frigidaire Refrigerator

Frigidaire Horrible

I bought this refrigerator just 3 months ago, being delivered October 21, 2025. It just went completely dead, ruing a fridge full of groceries. Frigidaire has been horrible in their response to this. A company they wanted to send out looked like a company from a horror film. I have an elderly disabled mother that lives with me and has no access to a refrigerator for who knows how long, while I work all day long. Do not buy this fridge

I am so disappointed with this purchase. Special order because Lowes doesn't keep as a floor model and I honestly think it is trash in comparison to their gallery series we "upgraded" from. Aside from just feeling cheap compared to lower end models, it will not stop beeping despite not having any error messages. We have to restart the fridge by tripping the breaker to do a factory reset but it only works sometimes and never lasts more than a work or so. I have been trying for 3 months to get thr...

I was surprised the find the shelves were only about 4 inches shorter than my old fridge. Which was fine, since most of the food that got lost or went bad was in the back of the fridge anyway.
