Nice Look, But Alarm Goes Off at Random

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like the look, so far internal ice maker and internal water dispenser works much better than our previous model ( which had external ice/water dispenser). Like the storage space and layout. DO NOT like that the alarm goes off at RANDOM, but there are no alerts to clear. It’s really annoying. Only way to stop, that we’ve found, is to unplug the fridge and wait a minute. NOT a solution for a unit that’s in a cabinet. We’ve had it two weeks and ...

Defective. Don't buy

After six weeks it started beeping once a minute constantly. Had a service technician that Lowes sent who could not determine what the problem was. He consulted Frigidaire. They said it was "either a sensor or a computer board(!)" The technician suggested that I "contact Lowes to see if I can return it, since that should not be happening to a new refrigerator." I called Lowes customer service. "Can't return it. It's over thirty days" I said, "You sold me a defective refrigerator. I want a repl...

Our new Frigidaire Professional Refrigerator

We were a little concerned about have the freezer pullout drawer after have a side by side frig for decades but now actually like it better. I like the beefy handles as well.

Nice Design

They accidentally brought the one with the water on the outside first and that really took up a lot of room on the inside. Very happy with our purchase.
