I purchased this Frigidaire refrigerator because I have a 22 year old model which is still going strong. Well, the quality and design was no good. Also, even worse, Lowe’s return policy is terrible. Essentially you have 24hrs to return the appliance. That’s no good, and had I noticed that at the time of purchase, I would never have made the purchase. Overall, this appliance sucks as well as Lowe’s return/exchange policy.

don’t purchase a Frigidaire appliance. Issues within the first week. Dealing with Frigidaire on phone was a pain, but Lowe’s appliance return policy is terrible. I recommend not to purchase a major appliance from Lowe’s. Essentially you get 24hrs to return. Otherwise you’re stuck with the junk.

Convenient Well Made Appliance

It is slightly larger but has some new features not in the old fridge. I like the LED lighting - shows up every shelf. Plenty of storage in the freezer and refrigerator. The stainless is easy to wipe off. Reset the light display - did not care for the default setting sleep mode. The instructions for resetting were not as clear as could be and it took...

The interior space is perfectly laid out and holds more products than our old one. It provides easy access to everything. The ice maker is excellent, as is the cold water dispenser. We are totally satisfied and happy with our new Frigidaire .

Terrible

Terrible refrigerator. Doors are misaligned from day one. The freezer door sticks out further than the fridge door. Recently started getting water in front of outside fridge. Replaced the freezer gasket cause the seal wasn't tight at the bottom . Still leaking water. Not coming from the water line . It's gets first and ice in fridge side sometimes. The freezer defrosts . Bought it two years ago and the problems started about 1 and half years in, but just now got to try and fix things. The drawer...

Great Fridge with more internal space than you realize and fits into a small space too!
