Just Don’t.

Delivery was perfect. Gentlemen were great. The PRODUCT is defective. Water leaking from inside the refrigerator after water was hooked up. Replacement not available for 2 weeks due to ordering black stainless. The refrigerator is very nice looking though. I’ve never owned Frigidaire name brand but thought I’d go outside the norm. Word of advice, just don’t do it.

Don't buy Frigidaire

One of the shelves in the freezer broke within maybe a month or two of having it. The screw that holds the shelf in place got ripped out of the side of the freezer leaving it permanently messed up. Good thing it was at the bottom so we just made one large shelf pretty much after having to take that shelf off. Great.

Had the fridge a few weeks now and it’s doing the job. Cools fast and outside cleans pretty good. The only thing I wish was better would be that the water be chilled when you use it. It’s cool but not cold.

Love my Frigidaire!

Great Refrigerator and Great Service

Well designed refrigerator. Shelves are not paper thin glass like others I viewed. Crisper works well, freezer is roomy and has draws for organization, and there’s an abundance of ice at all times. Considering the price of refrigerators in general, it was well worth the price. As far as delivery and installation I had next day delivery and connecting. They were on time and respectful of my property. Very happy with the refrigerator and Lowe’s service.

Received Damage Item After Waiting 11 Days!

Paid $1962 in cash in the Henderson, NC store and didn't know that after cancelling the order after waiting from 9-9-2026 to geat a new fridge that we now have to wait an additional 7 to 10 days to receive a "Refund Card" to have to bring back to store to cash in. The ASM Kim was "Not" helpful at all knowing they we needed a fridge and they are holding our monies!

Dents and more dents

bought 1 -big dent bought 2nd - another dent spent 5 1/2 hour in Lowes talking to asst. manager, sales person, and manager afraid to 3rd got different brand- hopefully no problem

Questionable

Young men delivered bumped against granite counter which caused a dent, I did not see until after the fact as they were in such a hurry I had to install my own filters. I then found a 6 inch box cutter gash on the top of fridge. Took forever to get in touch with customer service and after numerous days reached a manager and I reported all. Fridge overall ran good after 1st 24hrs but I had to keep settings at -2 on freezer to keep fridge at 36. I perfer that fridge temp. Especially bc of medicati...

Great Value For The Price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced our refrigerator with this new Frigidaire. Yes, it was different, but we quickly started appreciating the differences. The interior design of this fridge seems more roomy even thought it is rated as being a bit smaller. The water and ice dispenser is much taller allowing for the use today’s larger and taller cups, glasses and water bottles. If you like crushed ice, this model is excellent creating almost “snow cone” sized ice. ...

Questionable

Nice fridge, cooled right down but due to bells and whistles with digital display had to get the temp -3 degrees to keep freezer at 0 and 35 to keep fridge at 35. Power outage and you have to be sure you are reset on temps. So much suction it is hard to pull open the door ( I guess that is a good thing). I purchased my fridge (Model GRSS2652AF6) as part of an appliance package in March 2024. The 1st fridge that I received kept making the breaker in garage jump. It would do it every few minutes. I called Frigidaire and they told me it had to be the breaker. I had an electrician check it. He said it was definitely not the breaker. Called back and was able to get a new fridge delivered.
