Freezer frosting due to gap in door.

I bought this Frigidaire gallery refrigerator freezer and it was delivered on September 30. A few days later I noticed frost inside the freezer section. I put a flashlight inside the freezer and close the door. I could see light coming in between the door and the rubber seal. This refrigerator was very expensive just to have this leaky freezer door. I hope Lowes can rectify this issue because this refrigerator is brand new. I’m very disappointed as we researched to find the perfect refrigerator....

Love this refrigerator!

I bought this a month ago and really like the choice I made. It’s a beautiful refrigerator! The ice maker works very fast. There is a lot of storage in both the fridge and freezer. The adjustable door bins are roomy. The finish on the stainless steel doors are great no finger prints visible. I wish the crisper drawer was a little bigger. I’ve not experienced freezer burn yet.

Damaged

Had to wait several days for delivery, then arrived with large dent in freezer door. Very poor service !!!

Loud vibrating fan noise

The refrigerator is making a loud vibrating noise near the left rear side. The noise would disappear when you open one of the doors. Sounds like a circulating fan vibrating.

Replacement Frigidaire, We'll see how this One Works!!

Replacement Frigidaire Refrigerator for a French Door, Bottom freezer model that failed with a "Micro Freon Leak" 2 months after warranty expired. The new model is Nice and I do Like it. Changed to the 2 Door "Side x Side" due to reading a few articles relating to Better overall Dependability in comparison to my previous 3 door model. Time will tell as for this one...

Too much noise! Good lighting

Runs constantly and makes too much noise! I shouldn't have bought it online - my mistake, as it's too large for us and the "stainless steel" color is too dark. I feel like the Incredible Hulk is in my kitchen with me. It does have good lighting. Delivery team was great!

Great Features!

Purchased this Frigidaire to during Labor Day Special to replace our GE. Fantastic cooling, silent operation, great small ice cubes, smooth sliding draws, lovely led lighting throughout to make things easy to find. Very happy with purchase.

Freezing in Refrigerator Side Poor Temperature Balance

The top shelf in the refrigerator has stickers warning of freezing in which it does freeze items within a few inches of the sides. POOR Design ! This is 2026 this should not be an issue. The temperatures listed on the front door is only listing what temperature the system wants to keep the temps at. Rarely are the inside temps are correct in which i have thermometers in and can vary by at least 10º.One shelf in the freezer had become undone because of weight on shelf again Poor design.Strangely ...

Just Don’t.

Delivery was perfect. Gentlemen were great. The PRODUCT is defective. Water leaking from inside the refrigerator after water was hooked up. Replacement not available for 2 weeks due to ordering black stainless. The refrigerator is very nice looking though. I’ve never owned Frigidaire name brand but thought I’d go outside the norm. Word of advice, just don’t do it.

Don't buy Frigidaire

One of the shelves in the freezer broke within maybe a month or two of having it. The screw that holds the shelf in place got ripped out of the side of the freezer leaving it permanently messed up. Good thing it was at the bottom so we just made one large shelf pretty much after having to take that shelf off. After the warranty expired, Maybe 2 months after, the entire system flooded inside with water from the water dispenser and we had to get a whole new motherboard/touchscreen for the water an...

Great.

Had the fridge a few weeks now and it’s doing the job. Cools fast and outside cleans pretty good. The only thing I wish was better would be that the water be chilled when you use it. It’s cool but not cold.
