In an effort to quickly replace a fridge and preserve as much food as we can, I purchased this fridge online. It was delivered today without an access panel on the back of the unit. As a product that will go in the garage and is marketed as "garage ready", this at a minimum should have a cardboard access panel. Terrible

We’ve had this refrigerator for less than 15 months and it has already stopped cooling. The freezer doesn’t work and the refrigerator has stopped cooling. The process of cleaning it out. Terrible!

GREAT GARAGE FRIDGE

Perfect for handling extra drinks and snacks! The delivery guys did a great job of installing- even switching the doors ( my request when I bought it was to open left) Very impressed with Loews tracking and delivery! Would definitely recommend!

Good Refrigerator, terrible knowledge by Lowe’s!

The refrigerator is fine. The problem is we ordered it with an ice maker and when it was delivered they didn’t have the ice maker. We rescheduled and made a trip back to Lexington as this is a second home for us. We made the trip and were called saying the delivery had been delayed. We had to make another trip and they arrived on time but the ice maker had a part missing. We rescheduled and when they arrived it was the wrong ice maker. Fantastic unit and amazing delivery

We recently purchased this refrigerator and it's perfect for our work kitchen. We really like how clean it looks; black is a great color for our crew's break room. The unit keeps everything cold and is efficient. I was really impressed with the Lowe's delivery team; they came, retrieved our old refrigerator, and brought in the new one in a matter of 30 minutes, possibly less. Great job, guys!

I cannot get the refrigerator temperature below 40 and it should be below 40. My refrigerator in my house is set at 35l. The one in the garage that Garage ready will not get low enough

Never cooled since delivery, still unresolved week

I bought this Frigidaire refrigerator (Model FRTE1814AB) for my family, delivered August 17, 2026. Since day one, the refrigerator compartment has never worked properly.
