Ratings & Reviews for Frigidaire 20-cu ft Standard-Depth 30-in Wide Top-Freezer Refrigerator ( Black ) Garage Ready

Awful Refrigerator-Even worse customer service

This refrigerator does not cool well. It is small, cheaply made and has a poor layout on the inside. We tried to exchange it less than a week after purchasing and Lowe’s refused citing it had to be within 48 hours. My recommendation is absolutely do not buy this piece of junk, but more importantly find a different retailer to purchase your new appliance from. I will never buy ANYTHING from Lowe’s again.

Fridge

Great

Does exactly what’s it said it would, got for the garage and works perfect.

Not the best.

Im not happy with the door gasket or its coldness. I would like it better if I didnt have to keep pushing the button for its coldest setting. The magnetic seal is weak at best and barely seals.

I bought this fridge a month ago. And am happy I did. Great fridge! Great install. Very happy with purchase

Refrigerator section does not cool below 50

Ordered this refrigerator and exchanged for another of the same model because the refrigerator section would not cool below 50 degrees. Replacement had the same issue and had to be returned as well. A shame, as this replaced a very similar Frigidaire that worked in my garage for 18 years without an issue! I have now seen by the reviews that this is a common issue with this model.

Great Purchase

I purchased my refrigerator 2 weeks ago, I’m very pleased with my purchase.

Having 2 extra cubes of space

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this fridge for six months, and never thought moving from an 18 to a 20 cube would make such a difference in storage space. But it does. We shop once a month, (2 people)., and we're able to store all the refrigerated and frozen items easily. The fridge is well made and keeps everything cold, with no warm spots. Great value.

Not Perfect But Very Good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Haven’t had a great deal of experience with the refrigerator and freezer as of yet, but I like what I have seen to date. The refrigerator is very nice. It has a deli drawer (some manufacturers don’t provide one) which is a requirement for how we use it. I’m not a fan of the ice maker and shelf design in the freezer. The shelf MUST be placed too low in order to support the tray which catches the ice cubes. That is why I only gave four stars. A b...

Works well

Good refrigerator. Works well. Doesn't have a drawer for cheese and has wire racks. Other than that. It works just fine.

Great garage fridge!

I bought this garage ready fridge to replace an old fridge in our garage. It is perfect for drinks, water, etc. in the garage.

REFRIGERATOR

AWESOME

Got a Dud at first

The first refrigerator would not go below 35 degrees so we were promptly sent a new replacement. The replacement is working nice and is very quiet. My only complaint is there are no drawers in the mid section for lunch meat and what not. The light is on the dim side but not terrible. Other than that I like it.

Filled the need.

We’ve had this refrigerator for a couple of months and love it. So far it is perfectly temperature controlled, I bought gages to put in the freezer and in the refrigerated section and everything‘s been great. It’s quiet and it’s our second fridge, we bought it for meal prep and overflow, and I’ve had no issues so far. It’s in the laundry room and what stands out to me is that it’s perfectly quiet. Based on what we’re using it for and it being secondary, I do wish it had a couple of more racks. I...
